Harrison Root

I have, since entering the industry in 1970, had extensive sales, leasing & development experience within residential, commercial, and industrial real estate, and within various geographical regions of the United States.

On the wall of my home office I have a large black and white portrait of an old workhorse in harness and pulling a wagon. Sometimes I look at that picture and say to that horse, “YEAH, YOU AND ME PAL. YOU AND ME!”

Apparently, I’m unable to appreciate the easy and leisurely life because each day, every day, I can’t wait to put on my harness and go to work doing what I know how to do; what I absolutely love to do.

Sometimes, I imagine that old horse in the portrait, looking back at me and saying, “YEAH, YOU AND ME PAL. YOU AND ME!”

All I can tell you with any certainty, is this old workhorse is delighted to be working in real estate in Idaho and pulling a wagon with the name COLDWELL BANKER SCHNEIDMILLER REALTY in bold letters printed on the side.
